No. The app is yours to keep. It stays on every phone in the group, indefinitely. The shared photo gallery (a Plan+ — The Edition — feature) hosts photos for twelve months: long enough for the wedding speech, short enough that nobody forgets to save what matters.
Yes. Send us changes and we update the app the same day — schedule shifts, new venues, updated times, copy tweaks. Included for the first month after delivery; beyond that, a small editing fee covers the work.
Within 72 hours of payment. The three-day window isn’t a queue — it’s the time we use to research venues, write the copy and proof every detail before the link goes to the crew. If your trip is sooner than that, write to us first and we’ll find a way.
The destination, the dates, and the rough plan. The crew add their own names once the app is shared — you don’t need to collect them. If you have venues already booked, send them. If not, we can help fill the gaps.
Yes, before we begin building. Once the app is in production we cannot refund, because the work has been done.
We revise until you do. Unlimited rounds within the 72-hour window before the link goes to the wider group. After delivery, small edits stay included for the first month.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and all major cards. Checkout is handled by Stripe, secure and instant.
Full refund before production begins. Once we have started building, we cannot refund — but we will revise the app until it is right.
EU VAT is included in the listed price. A receipt is sent to the email used at checkout. Company invoicing and reverse-charge VAT are available on request.
