Right of withdrawal

Withdraw from
your contract.

Within 14 days of your order, you can withdraw without giving a reason. Fill in the form below. We confirm receipt by email straight away, with the date and time.

If we have already started work, we refund what you paid, less an amount in proportion to the work done up to the moment you tell us. If we have not started, the refund is in full. It goes back to the payment method you used, within 14 days, and costs you nothing. The full rules are in our terms, under Right of withdrawal.
