Nōch is a digital service. When you pay, you receive a custom-built Progressive Web App for your bachelor or bachelorette party, delivered as a shareable link within 72 hours of payment.
The Plan (€199) — custom app with schedule, venue cards, maps, Instagram links. The Edition (€349) — everything in The Plan, plus shared photo gallery and budget tracker.
We deliver your app within 72 hours of confirmed payment. If we cannot meet the deadline due to technical issues, we will notify you immediately and offer either an extended timeline or a full refund.
Because the app is custom-built for you, we generally don’t offer refunds once work has begun. The exceptions: if you cancel within one hour of payment and we haven’t started, you get a full refund. If we fail to deliver within 48 hours, you get a full refund. If the delivered app has technical issues we cannot fix within 48 hours, you get a full refund.
Small edits — times, venue names, adding or removing a venue — are free for the first 30 days after delivery. Major redesigns or new features are billed separately.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of trip information, venue details, and any images you upload. Don’t upload content you don’t have rights to.
We use AI tools and human review to build your app. Images for venues may be sourced from venue websites, Instagram, or stock photo libraries. If a venue objects to their image being used, we will replace it immediately.
Nōch is a planning tool, not a travel agent. We’re not responsible for travel delays, venue quality, hangovers, lost phones, or anything that happens during your actual trip.
The app we build for you is yours to use for the duration of the trip and beyond. The underlying platform and design system are the property of Nōch.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms. Nōch operates from Stockholm, Sweden, under Swedish law.
