Nōch is a custom bachelor and bachelorette party app service. You can contact us at hello@nochtravel.com.

Only what the app needs.

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, the bachelor or bachelorette’s name, trip destination, dates, group size, venue preferences, and any photos you upload for the app.

When you visit our website, we collect standard analytics — IP address, device type, referring URL — to improve the service.

Build the app, nothing else.

We use your information to build your custom app, communicate about your order, and process payments via Stripe. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the providers we use to deliver the service — Netlify for hosting, Stripe for payments, Firebase for the gallery feature.

How long we keep it.

Order details are retained for three years for tax and legal purposes. App content — schedules, venues, photos — is retained as long as you want the app live. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Only the essential ones.

We use essential cookies for site functionality and Stripe checkout. We don’t use tracking cookies without consent.

Handled by Stripe.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Nōch never sees or stores your card details.

Access, correct, delete.

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email us at hello@nochtravel.com and we’ll handle it within 30 days.

When this changes.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
